Red Bricks & Brown Leather…
I got to hang out with my friend Simone this week, it was great fun. We cooked lunch, walked coco and caught up on gossip. I’m really enjoying seeing my friends on my days off, comes in handy to do outfit photos and makes London less lonely.
Today’s outfit was built around wearing my ruck sack and as I don’t own many plain clothing, I find it hard to team my printed things. I used the bag to find clothes that co-ordinate with it. My primark dress doesn’t get worn all that much, so I grabbed that and I love a little neck scarf with any button up, so my scarf was added. My navy coat went well as it was plain and a block of colour. Over all Iw as pleased with how the look came together and I love using this back pack. I will look to buy plainer clothing in the future so it can get more outings. Saying that I do love a good print..

Simone has some great textures within her outfit and her Karen Millen hand bag is just to cute! We had these trousers in our store and as soon as I saw them I knew they were for Sim, there so her style. Do you ever see things and think wow thats so perfect for them? I think it’s the same for her T-shirt, Simone loves a good peace sign! Plus who can resist it with its daisy print!

New Shoe’s Anyone?!
Me Sarenza Ambassador? Yes Please…
If I won the chance to be the Sarenza Ambassador I’d try a something new each month – I love brogues and they are my signature style but this would give me the chance to explore and mix up my footwear style. Oh the possibilities, I could try out Doc Martins, shoes that are different colour’s (ie not tan leather! like most of my shoe collection!) I would take the chance to experiment with girly shoes, heels and maybe even treat the boy to a new pair and bring back men’s outfit posts. These Mellow Yellow fringe brogues are beautiful and although I’d like to try out new styles these shoes would be first on my list, there is too much I like about them to pass up. I guess if I don’t win these shall be mine either way… I’ve got a birthday coming up! Well wish me luck!
An Outfit & A Dog..

Coco was in a rather fun and playful mood today, he kept running up to me and barking. He wanted me to chase him, silly thing! Today was a lazy day, filled with chores and working from home. My outfit choice matched my mood and I went for an easy vintage dress with woolen tights combo, comfy and easy.
With having days off in the week I’ve tried to utilise my time and take outfit photos with the tripod and remote control. Which seams to be working rather well, although I get lots of strange looks from passers by. I just think what the heck and carry on. It also means Coco gets a good time playing in the court yard, while I set up the camera and get all the settings sorted.

Road Trip…
Heading to Birmingham for the night and Sunday, to see my Mother for her Birthday. Looking forward to catching up with the rest of the family too. It’ll be good to see old Brum, as I haven’t been back since September. I’m excited just wish I didn’t have a stinking cold!
What We Wore…
The other day I was lucky enough to hang out with my friend Christina, we gossiped, caught up on what we’ve both been up to and planned some projects to work on. Christina is one of my very best friends, yet she’s never appeared on the blog. I don’t know how this has happened, so we corrected it. I love they way she puts outfits together, the colour pallets and tones within them. We often buy the same dresses and really I want that coat!!!

I’m wearing old favorites with my lovely new shoes. I’m longing for summer, I think this dress and shoe combination will be a go to outfit for the warmer months. In the mean time I needed to keep warm with my cardigan and furry coat.
What I’m wearing -
Coat, Dress & Blouse – Vintage
Bag & Shoes – Topshop
Belt – H&M
This boyfriend blazer style coat is to die for and the added detail of the fur are a dream together. I also love the colour of these trousers and how they compliment the rust colour of the coat. As you can see Coco is rather fond of Christina too, she always buys him treats and little presents.
What Christina’s wearing -
Trousers, Shirt, Socks, Bag & Ring – Topshop
Coat – New Look
Scarf – H&M
Brogues – Primark
Broach – Topman
I love the lace socks and patient brogues, I can’t believe there from Primark!
In The Street…

I hung out with Katrina in central London on Sunday and this is what I wore. I love the colour combination of navy and tan, this silk dress is really rather old but I love it so. In-fact the coat, dress and scarf are all really old items. I still wear them lots and love them as much as I did when I brought them. It’s funny how today’s society is classed as a throw-away culture but I seam to keep my things.
